About this course
Levothyroxine is one of the most prescribed medications in the United States, yet variable patient response remains one of the most commonly encountered clinical challenges in hypothyroidism management. For many clinicians, foundational training did not include the conversion physiology, cofactor dependencies, drug interactions, or endocrine cross-axis dynamics that may explain why patients treated to standard TSH targets continue to report persistent symptoms. This continuing education course fills that gap with a systems-based pharmacology framework covering the HPT axis, T4 to T3 conversion pathways, levothyroxine bioavailability, and the full range of physiological variables that influence therapeutic response.
