How do I begin a course?

We’re excited to have you learning with us!

Starting your course takes just a moment:
- Log in and click "My Learning"
- Select the course you’d like to start.
- Navigate through course sections and exam

Tip: Each lesson shows your progress. You can leave and return anytime, and we’ll save your place.

If something doesn’t look right (e.g., you purchased but don’t see the course), please contact our Support Team and we’ll make it right.

Are there group packages?

Yes! Setting up a group lets you purchase seats in bulk or subscription, and easily invite team members to assign courses.

How do I access my certificate?

After you complete a course, from the "My Learning" dashboard page, you should see a link to "Completed Courses".

After navigating to this link, click the course title and you will get to the page where you access your certificate and review course content again. Click the 'Claim my Certificate' button to download your certificate.

How to change my password?

Navigate to the "Login" page. Select "Forgot my Password", which will prompt you to enter in your email to receive a reset password link.
