Starting your course takes just a moment:
- Log in and click "My Learning"
- Select the course title you’d like to start.
- Scroll to Course Content and choose the first lesson.

Tip: Each lesson shows your progress. You can leave and return anytime, and we’ll save your place.

If something doesn’t look right (e.g., you purchased but don’t see the course), please contact our Support Team and we’ll make it right.

Yes! Setting up a group lets you purchase seats in bulk or subscription, and easily invite team members to assign courses.

Navigate to our "For Organizations" page to learn more.

After you complete a course, from the "My Learning" dashboard page, you should see a link to "Completed Courses".

After navigating to this link, you will see a button to download certificate, which will prompt you to complete a mandatory survey to download the certificate.

Navigate to the "Login" page. Select "Forgot my Password", which will prompt you to enter in your email to receive a reset password link.
