How do I begin a course?
We’re excited to have you learning with us! Starting your course takes just a moment:
- Log in and click My Learning.
- Select the course title you’d like to start.
Tip: Each lesson shows your progress. You can leave and return anytime, and we’ll save your place.
If something doesn’t look right (e.g., you purchased but don’t see the course), please contact our Support Team and we’ll make it right.
How many attempts do I have to pass a course?
We want you to succeed. Most quizzes allow unlimited attempts. If you don’t pass on the first try, review the material and try again—no penalty.
In a few cases, an approving entity (such as an Education or Health Department) may limit attempts before requiring a retake. When that applies, we’ll indicate it in the course.
Tip: If you miss a question, re‑read the related lesson section—most learners pass comfortably on the next attempt.
How do I change/update the name on my account?
Keeping your account details accurate ensures your certificates match your legal name.
- Go to Account → Account Details.
- Update your name and click Save.
If your licensing board requires a specific format (e.g., middle name or suffix), update accordingly. Need help? Send us a note and we’ll assist.
I'm having trouble logging in—what can I do?
We’ll get you back in quickly. Try these steps in order:
- Update your browser (Chrome recommended; Edge, Safari, and Firefox are also supported).
- Try a different device—some managed or public computers block access.
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers) and refresh.
- Confirm your internet connection is stable, then sign in again.
- Make sure you’re using the correct email/account.
- Try resetting your password from the Login page

How do I know when a course begins?
All Premiere Education courses are on‑demand. You can start immediately after purchase—no scheduling required.
Access duration: 1 year from your purchase date (Unlimited Nursing CE Subscription follows your subscription term).
If you’re purchasing ahead of time for a renewal deadline, feel free to start now and complete at your pace.
How do I add users to my group?
Group Leaders have two convenient options:
- Individual Invitations: From the Members Index inside the Group Portal, add your members email to send out an invite
- Bulk Roster Upload: From the Members Index, bulk invite all users by uploading a complete Roster CSV
You can monitor who has joined and each learner’s progress in real time.
